Welcome to the 2023 Ottawa MS Walk, taking place on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at Terry Fox Athletic Facility. We are so excited to connect with the MS Community and would like to welcome you to this year’s MS Walk. Here are some important details you will want to know:

Event check in time - 9:30 am
Opening ceremonies - 11:00 am

Seeing your excitement in person is always a great feeling, but if you register to walk in-person at 2023 Ottawa MS Walk but decide later that you would prefer not to, that is totally ok. You are a part of the #MSWalk community, no matter where you walk!
The MS community is built by the support and connections made by participating in MS Walk. However, you choose to walk, know that your participation and fundraising moves us closer to meeting today’s challenges and finding tomorrow’s answers for all Canadians living with MS.
